- We reserve the right to adjust quotations if unforeseen circumstances arise during the completion of work.
- You are responsible for ensuring our engineers have clear access to work areas.
3. Payment Terms
By engaging our services, you agree to the following payment terms:
- Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- For larger projects, we may request a deposit before work commences and staged payments.
- We accept payment by bank transfer, cash, credit/debit card, or cheque.
- Late payments may incur additional charges in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
- All materials supplied by us remain our property until payment is made in full.
4. Warranties and Guarantees
We provide the following warranties and guarantees for our workmanship and materials:
- Our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of completion.
- Manufacturer warranties apply to all materials and products we supply and install.
- Warranties do not cover damage due to misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
- Warranties may be void if work or equipment is modified by third parties.
- All warranty claims must be reported to us promptly.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is as follows:
- You may cancel scheduled work up to 24 hours in advance without charge.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee to cover our costs.
- If you need to reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible.
- In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule, we will provide as much notice as possible and prioritize rescheduling your appointment.
